material made with concrete cast in a reusable mold or "form"
which is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to
the construction site and lifed into place.
Precast concrete is resistant to rain penetration, flood damage
and windblown debris.
It can also withstand many winters of freeze-thaw cycles unlike
other materials, which can deteriorate quickly with such regular
